Overview: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining sewing machines to fabricate garments and other textile products. This is a great opportunity to work in a warehouse setting and contribute to the garment construction process. Responsibilities: - Operate sewing machines to sew fabric pieces together according to specifications - Adjust machine settings for different fabrics and sewing techniques - Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards - Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance - Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a garment or textile manufacturing environment - Proficient in operating sewing machines and familiar with different sewing techniques - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work - Knowledge of garment construction processes is preferred - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if required - Good communication skills Note: This is a paid position, and all applicants must be eligible for employment.
